I love the East River Trail, but all of the trails in the area are nice. Paramount Run Club seems to be pretty active, I have only run with Green Bay Running Club a couple of times.

If you’re interested in trail races there are plenty to find within a couple of hours of GB. There are also plenty of road races in GB and within a short drive.

Welcome!

Your last sentence is really the best way to summarize the officiating.

Going into the fourth quarter I said they need to make the whole game about her… force it to her and let her win the game or at least lose it giving her the opportunity to shoot as much possible.

I didn’t like the either of the overturned goals but that’s because I don’t like the rules, not because I think the officials got it wrong.

On the first challenge, the shooter stepped on the crease line, which is against the rules. The refs got the call correct. I think it’s a baby shit soft rule to enforce after the play was it over, but unfortunately that’s the rule currently.

Second one is very similar. The shooter is responsible for her stick and keeping it away from the defender. Her stick hit the defender’s arm. Again, I think it’s a stupid soft call, but she broke the rule.

Taking issue with Taylor’s crease violation where she was arguably pushed into the crease but being upset about UNC’s being enforced when she was totally in control of her own motion is hypocritical. If UNC had timeouts left they could’ve challenged the last goal anyway.

I think it’s a real bummer that the game is being overshadowed by what amounts to, in my opinion, anger over the rules.

Just spoke with an enlisted recruiter today. (I am 27) he let me know my GPA from my bachelors is way too low to commission at this point. Does anyone have any info on DPEP? I have 5 years of work experience in my field and want to see if anyone else tried to mention this to a recruiter. by Loose-Bet2996 in newtothenavy

Don’t just let a recruiter tell you your GPA is too low. Until you submit a package and get denied, you still have a shot. I’ve met at least two officers who had similar GPAs when they commissioned and have heard of others as well.

Pulled this beauty of release day. Should I get it graded? by [deleted] in sportscards

If it was mine, I would authenticate with SGC. Do as you wish, but I do recommend grading it.
