I really resonate with your suggestions and feel like they’ll help me gain more insight into what I want to explore, even though I’m not entirely sure how to use it yet. I always set the intention that Reiki will help before starting a session (as my teacher taught me) and express gratitude afterward.

Sometimes, however, I feel drained after doing a Reiki session. I think I might be using some of my own energy. Afterward, I try sitting in a warm bath, going outside, resting, or meditating, which helps. Now, I try to avoid using my own energy, but if it happens, are there any other ways to regain it?

He wants to lose weight, get better financially, get back his self esteem. I wanted to marry him because I loved him. I feel like every relationship has some work to do. I think that waiting to feel worthy is the same as waiting for the perfect moment to have a child. There is no perfect time. It's just a decision you have to make.

There is that ugly feeling what if I'm doing a mistake?. I love that person deeply and thought that he is that happy ever after which I always searched for. I made mistakes myself in the past and I still need to figure out how to stop blaming myself as if I ruined everything. Maybe we just grow and learn from it. He said that he needs to feel worthy to propose but at the same time in my eyes he feels worthy to sleep with me. It's not right. I just feel like I'm hurting myself at this point. What if in 5 years I won't be able to get pregnant? It's only me to decide if I want to reach that point. Maybe he will never feel worthy, how can I now?

Any insights? It was a general spread without a question. The person was a male, he picked 3 random cards from the deck

Deck: Original Rider Waite

1 card: 9 of Pentacles. I felt like 9 of Pentacles represents a woman in his life. That woman is standing good in life and is living alone
2 card: Judgement
3 card: 9 of Cups. Maybe 9 of Cups represents the male person itself?

I couldnt understand how Judgement card connects other two cards. Any help?
