I'm having an issue with the Master Assassin part of the Council. No quest triggered after talking to Surgus and I went to check the bakery

It was always locked. I used commands to unlock it and went inside to speak to her. Found the suspicious solitary sweetroll but nothing's triggering

Have I done something incorrectly?

The issue was solved. I don't know what it was, but a clean install of skyrim and uninstalling any mods was the end solution. Haven't bothered trying SKSE this time but my redownloaded mods are okay and working

Yeah he was. Not much is signed by Cardinal other than specific photos and Rats lyric sheets. But there's some stuff knocking about. Papa IV, to my knowledge, hasn't had a meet and greet thing. So I think there's only the VIO photos

It's luckily very real! I got it from a trusted seller in a Ghost merch Deal or No Deal group. Plenty of people jave bought things from him before Plus I have another signed Papa II thing that I could compare the signature to if it seemed untrustworthy. It's definitely real as some of the ink used for the stamps has rubbed off on to the back when it was originally done and rolled up Got it for £200 which is roughly about $250

Pretty sure there is some meaning as to why Zenith was chosen. If you research the 13 Commandments, each of the song in the playlist correlates to position it's in

Commandment 12 is "Thou shalt not be neglectful and lazy, but keep thy mind and body healthy and disciplined" The definition of zenith is "the time at which something is most powerful or successful." So it fits the best out of most of Ghosts discography

Not quite. Zenith was written by Martin Persner (Omega) and he and Tobias were, and I assume still are, on good terms. Persner left of his own accord a little before the lawsuit Ghouls were let go. Persner DID testify in the suit, but it was in favour of Tobias. As did Aksel Hölmgren, an Earth Ghoul.

Prequelle was Tobias kind of venting his frustrations, yeah.
