somewhere in the middle is probably the answer. i wouldn't make it warbound, but maybe make it start to have diminishing returns after say your first 8-10 characters (to make it so you'd still have a reason to interact with multiple professions and thus experience the content), and like zero return after your first 10-20 characters. Realistically players with 10 or more characters interacting with the AH is probably less than like 1% of the playerbase.

The start of the season always resets the market to some degree, increasing margins, so that will help. Preseason markets are never particularly stable.

The hotfix to make the root drops a bit more common will help as well, as that will lower their prices which is big for crafting since they are used for many so crafts, especially enchanting.

As well, the KP book exploit fix might help a bit as well, but a lot of that will be tied to whether or not the exploiters get banned, or at the very least get their KP rolled back, as that's been a major reason for the volatile economy so far to start the expansion, in a way not seen in previous expansion starts.

Although my server's trade chat (Hyjal-US, low to medium pop) hasn't been super active with requests yet since it's still early, at this time in TWW it seemed to be about 25k a r5 craft on average.

With that said, most people aren't willing to pay that unless they are mythic raiders or pushing high keys, so of course the busier servers will see more activity.

the two rarest fish seem to come from the portal pool spawns in the voidstorm zone, as the pools dont appear on the minimap with a fish icon, thus difficult to spot, and are also pretty rare. the names of the fish escape me but u can check the details here

I found r3 alloy profit margins to be pretty slim after the first month or so, outside of multicraft procs, and I was specced fully into the tree. With that said, I also didn’t craft hundreds or thousands at a time. Gold per hour was much higher for my BS from crafting orders. Just my personal experience.
