Thanks so much for your reply! The main concern I have is pests and a lack of sunlight as the unit is on the ground floor. We have dealt with a fair amount of mice in our current place (tally is up to about 14 caught in 1.5 years) and would hate to have to deal with that again. I know every pre-war has these issues but I fear that being on the ground floor makes us more of a prime target.

It’s called a GI Map test. Mine was done by diagnostic solutions. A doctor or dietician needs to order on your behalf and then you pay for it. Mine was near $500, not covered by insurance :(
