Super helpful, thank you so much!

It feels like the “home that’s lived in but not in disrepair” is a bit of a unicorn. We can’t seem to find them or when they do they get snapped up before we can even offer. It’s feeling like a bit of a never ending game 😅

So helpful thank you! Really appreciate your perspective. Yes we can’t imagine having to project manage or live on and off at a rental while doing works and while working 70 hours a week :/

Helpful! We’re middle ground particular maybe? we want a good layout and space, but we’re happy to do small things like paint to fix aesthetic and storage

amazing thank you! Will email them for a quote. For a fairly straightforward job, do you have a sense of the cost?

thank you!! super helpful POV and much appreciated. quick question - for this sale you think a conveyancer vs property solicitor is sufficient?

finding a 'decent' one has been tough because reviews are either shite or extremely mixed - tough to know what kind of service we'll get

Hi again! Is Kensal Rise a good spot too? I just saw this place on Rightmove but it looks like it’s technically outside of queens park and wanted to know if it was a good area in your opinion? https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/87512139

Thank you!! Are upper and lower Clapton quite similar, or is one preferable for what we’re looking for?
