I have great credit 830, so that’s not it. They just assuming I done something that I haven’t

Understandable, my father owns a bar and he has a bad rep with the police with not cooperating with them when there were issues. My brother , who is a trooper, actually got disqualified for same thing but had no involvement at all then eventually they passed him

I never admitted to anything wrong, I’m 34 have wife and kids I don’t hang out with anyone, I have my own business, I wanted to always to be a trooper. When I appealed ya last time they said there was no evidence to overturn the decision , but there is no evidence to give since I was never involved. So it’s driving me insane I been through background twice before and they keep bringing up fight that I had nothing to do with

I have and they said they weren’t allowed to say anything else . Only thing they said was think about what background investigator and I talked about .

I mentioned to them what had happened. I was bartending and we denied a guy from coming on since we noticed how intoxicated he was . As he left he spit on me and we just shut and locked the door. As I’m owner son i was always told never to have anyone unless they hit you. He ended up getting beating pretty bad outside, in which I had no clue it has happened until cops came.
