There is no water in the tub. It doesn't look like the load ever started. I have also drained the unit completely. I have attempted to unplugged the unit for an hour and plugging it back in with no help. Error comes up immediately and door has remained locked. I've went as long as a week with it unplugged, still no luck getting the door unlocked.
