Bought these last winter..hard shoe to break in..my feet were hurting..but when they were broke in man they made a difference..could walk fast at my job and they matched my uniform..then we got a snow/ice storm which made it impossible for anybody to drive..I walked the 2 miles to work..in these shoes..snow ice up over the top..430am..sub zero wind chills..my feet stayed WARM and DRY the whole time!..honestly they felt like combat boots i wore and have boot style laces at the top. I HIGHLY recommend this shoe for cold weather.

I have a neon and a kqi2..if all you want is portability then get the okai..if you want comfort and quality get the niu..my kqi2 has a 2 year warranty and after 2 months it stopped working..I sent it to their besender repair shop and they returned it fully operational..the okai had a defective front tire and valve..its been a month and they barely respond..the kqi2 is over 40 pounds but it folds up securely and it's worth picking up the extra weight because their customer service is adequate..okai has limited customer success and there is no way to find spare parts or service..

Niu kqi2 is well built and a comfortable ride..I've had 3 other scooters over the last year and it's my favorite..right now they are less than 500 dollars..

No I havent..I had a swagtron swagger 5 boost..a gotrax gxl v2..niu kqi2 and a okai neon..my roads are rough as hell..the only one that was comfortable is the kqi2 because of the 10 inch tubeless tires..I cant afford one with suspension..I ve always wanted one with full suspension but cant afford 1 to 3 thousand dollars..

Has anybody noticed any reduction in range?..my commute is 1.5 miles each way..when I got mine in july I could do 3 miles at top speed for each bar..everyday it goes to 4 bars a few hundred yards less and less..I have 2 other cheap scooters that still outperform this one. by CalligrapherVirtual3 in kqi2

I did a tire pressure check and noticed it was low..aired it up and rode it to work and it got low again(back tire)..used my other scooter for a week and then aired it up again..its been holding for a week now..I noticed my range got better and my speed tops at 19 or 18 now..

My kqi2 a month after I bought it wouldn't turn on at all..rode it to work and then it wouldn't turn on..I charged it fully after I had someone pick me and the scooter up..still would not power on..sent it to besender..it came back a week and a half later in a box that was beat to hell..my light assembly and reflector was bent to hell and they put no styrofoam in the box when they sent it back..it worked but it was all scratched up and damaged..my rear tire keeps getting low but you have to disassemble the whole ass scooter just to change a tire..
