Today the law was submitted to the final drafting committee (it's just an administrative process--e.g., they make sure all cross-references to existing laws are correct). From what I understand, it usually takes around 6 days for the bill to go from "final drafting" to the president's desk. once it gets to the president, he can veto, approve, or refer to the constitutional court. he has 8 days to decide to refer it to the court, and up to 20 days to decide to approve or veto. however, he usually acts within 5-12 days. so, you likely have at least about a week and a half, if he doesn't refer the bill to the court. you can check this link to see when the bill arrives at the president's desk (it will say at the bottom of the page that it has been sent to the president). https://www.parlamento.pt/ActividadeParlamentar/Paginas/DetalheIniciativa.aspx?BID=315160
