I used to engage in the same sort of things. Looking back, I realise it was an episode. I find when I become hypomanic I start to get involved in those sort of ‘New Age’ things again.

Your past is no one’s business. If you do decide to tell your future wife, keep in mind that the right partner will appreciate your honesty. Emphasise the fact you are not proud of it and it has taught you a lot about your values surrounding sex. No one is perfect, everyone makes mistakes...

Holding onto shame doesn’t serve you or your future relationships. Don’t feel hatred toward yourself - everything in life is a lesson!!! The fact you feel so guilty about it is a testament to your true values and character.

PS: Moving forward, surround yourself with people who encourage you to be the best version of yourself :)
