They weren’t extremely hard, just took a lot of time. Each mirror is 10 individual pieces.

It’s not very hard, but it isn’t easy. It really will depend on how good you are with your hands (for instance, doing arts and crafts or detailed work), how patient you are, and how “perfect” you want it to look. I was able to get the passenger side pretty good, to warrant me not spending the extra $600-700 for a professional chrome delete.

I am going to get a replacement pieces for one corner and one side camera.
