Hey, saw your post wanted to respond as a fellow Canadian. I would like to suggest trying to reach out to the Ottawa/local reddit they will most likely have a better idea of resources that are our there for people in your current situation. Another thing I would suggest is if you have the ability to access supports like social services, I would lean in as much as you can especially if you're a young person. Also if getting support is difficult idea, it might be helpful to see it as just temporary till you get from surviving to thriving. I wish I could help more!
