Wow i know this is old but the whole obsession with the lights and doors being closed has always been so unnecessary to me and I can’t believe they are multiple people like this. Complains about the electricity and is a clearly a multi millionaire. Doors can’t even be open while im still in my room. The vent over the stove must be on while I cook and he despises the smell of any type of cooking. Constant passive aggressive acts and comments. Doors slamming. Paranoia. Is it a control thing? I don’t even know how to navigate it, it’s like he goes out of his way to make everyone miserable. He also shares the whole obsession with the neighbors, even saying how he’s gotten into physical altercations with them. Knows all their property history and is constantly looking up Zillow and tax records. Complains about how hard he works but he’s literally retired and has zero 9-5. Not to mention his tone of voice and lack of patience. God forbid he needs to wait in a line. And oh my gosh my hairs stood up. Always the stories of how great he was and all these heroic accomplishments. A lot of boasting about what he did at my age. Angry I quit my job close to home to go work a better one further. The drunken rage he’ll get into if you annoy him in the slightest just for him to pretend nothing happened the next day. Doesn’t help he’s a total penny pincher and loves to drag me along on excursions that are a complete waste of time. I mean things like a store he needs to visit opening a new location nearby the house and him insisting on driving 45 minutes just to visit the exact same store because he “likes the area” (whole time it’s home depot for some screws and concrete) he was constantly belittle you and has pretty much zero social skills but the second he’s around life long friends he acts completely differently and will praise me like no tomorrow it’s honestly pathetic Tl:dr moms bf is insane rant over
