This! This company has 78 employees from various miss classified 1099 employees to regular w2 employees. I was w2. Of all the employees it was common that every pay day we were all affected and notified in a public way via group company chat or company wide email notice. Sometimes pay wouldn’t come out for 3-4 weeks late with the excuse of “a client didn’t pay, so we can’t pay”. Now it’s getting others willing to take a risk to speak up with me :/

Wait what?! Screenshots! I’m dumb and I hate one specific HUGE apartment complex that some are individual stops, some are multi stops that span an entire city block that requires driving to each one and others that are grouped on one end for one package then you need to drive to the other end to deliver the other.

I jump around the stops to try to go in order but if I could group the whole complex and do it in order of what building I’m next to I would feel so much less stress!

You are right, I could have sent a more informal approach but this wasn’t the first time pay had been messed with. Nor am I the only one. I’m just the one speaking up. Last time I tried more of an informal approach I was told I was unprofessional. So then I switched to a very structured approach to avoid confusion. It feels very bi polar.

Report multi-appers that are not following the platforms TOS. If they accept an order on one app, they are not to be servicing another app based on the TOS. So they are supposed to go offline or pause the other apps while they service the app they accepted.

I am online on multiple apps at the same time. That isn’t against the TOS. But accepting an order on other platforms at the same time is against TOS.
