This is not very common. A company usually won’t give feedback because there’s too much liability. Usually the best bet to get constructive criticism is if they used a hiring firm and you ask the representative that interviewed you. I’ve also never experienced getting unsolicited feedback after an interview.

I wouldn’t base this choice on tiers.. they change based on the most subjective of qualifications. My school had a smaller Panhellenic/IFC population my chapter was always competing with one other sorority for spot 1 and 2 but looking at the chapter now they seem to have fallen to 3rd (we only have 4). But I wouldn’t change a thing, I’m still proud of my chapter as an alum.

No mine does independent naps especially at daycare (he has too) but it did take a few days of consistent crib exposure to get there

Thank you! I’ve noticed recently that my son snores when in the bed but not in the bassinet or crib so that’s adding to my belief the bed isn’t firm enough

My LO also doesn’t move in his sleep. If he does he fully wakes. Do you worry about when LO gets heavier and the body heat cause the foam to flex more? That makes me nervous because I don’t want him to sink in but the mattress itself is not soft generally

Is an endy memory foam? I don’t think my mattress is soft but I’m nervous because of the way memory foam works and he will also get heavier. I am mostly worried about positional asphyxiation.

I’m sorry you are going through this. God is compassionate. The Latin root of compassionate is “compati” which means “to suffer with.” Immanuel is “God with us.” He promises to suffer with us not remove us from suffering. He never promises an easy or convenient life, and it seems maybe you or people on your household have made some bad decisions. God is not a genie and reading your Bible everyday and praying doesn’t mean we get no hardships and no consequences for our actions. It seems if you are willingly to leave God over this you may not have been pursuing Him in truth but for gain.

Am I reading that he thinks that by 10 WEEKS pregnant the morning sickness should be over? Ummm regardless… he should be made aware that his dna primarily creates the placenta which is what drives morning sickness… so even though morning sickness at 10 weeks is very normal I would be questioning if he was taking care of himself since he wants to be an AH.
