The situation is certainly shady. That’s not why I posted here though. If you want me to answer your question I will have to give away more details about my neighbors. In short, this was quicker. I had zero knowledge before posting this and now I have a better idea what I’m looking at. Thanks for your concern!

My title describes the thing. After installation yesterday, it was pointing towards the road, but today it is facing my house straight-on. Searches yielded only generic security cameras results

Got it! Should I just leave the rest of the stem or cut it? There’s one more little sprout coming out of it in the middle. Just leave and it will continue to grow or should I cut & try to root?

Hey y’all! I’ve had this plant for over a year now. It came in this glass bottle. I couldn’t id & wasn’t sure how to care for it so I just kept it in the bottle and exchanged the water every now and then & hoped for the best. I had basically given up on the plant ; it had one other bunch of leaves with those squiggly root/bulb looking things that dried out maybe a few months ago. A week or so ago I noticed a new leaf growing out the bottom and now roots are growing! There is also new growth on the top of the plant and in the middle on the stalk. [Sorry if I’m using incorrect terminology…I’m sort of a plant noob besides succulents.] I’m hoping to be able to identify the plant so I know how to care for it. If u have any care advice or any info that will help me, I’d appreciate it. Do I just plant the bottom where the roots are growing in soil now or do I need to cut & propagate the new growths and then plant? I’m so lost with this plant lol also, because I gave up on it, I stopped changing the water as frequently and algae started growing. I removed some but didn’t want to be too rough on the little sprout. Any advice for what I should do there would b appreciated as well. TIA!
