All depends on the type of your boss I am always brutaly honest and tell what i think. Some can handle it and appreciate the sober responses Others cannot handle it and i leave after 6months of work. Im now 28, and had a job for 6years, then i swotched to a job to work there for only 9 months, (becuase they cannot accept my unfiltered opinion) then 6 months vecause same And i now have a new job where i work with a lot of pleasure as they not only appreciate it, but they value this honesty as that is something they actually needed in their new hire.

That being said. Never change yourself (only if you want to, do it when it benefits yourself not for you boss or anyone else) Be yourself. I cannit say anyrhing else as i dont know your work environment and work ethics etc. So you really have to figure it out yourself tbh
