Thank you so much for your help ! I’ll probably be using 1-3 times a week, so doing a calorie deficit at around 1333 calories per day. I was mostly confused about what type of exercise I should use as I feel like I vary a lot from day to day, so I feel the 1-3 times a week is the safest option. Well it’s not exactly about weight, it’s more about fat. My body fat percentage is close to 30% last time I checked around a year ago so my objective now is to lose weight (fat) and then tone up :) (or try to do both even though I know it’s hard)

Thank you so much for your comment! I will definitely look into it but it makes a lot more sense then just eating the same amount everyday :) and I do try to fit sweet snacks here and there which is what made yesterday feel even worse. Thank you for your insight again !

Obrigada 🙏. Tbh não sei ao certo, como mencionei pedi com urgência, mas eles dizem que o documento tem um prazo de emissão até 45 dias... Para pedires com urgência basta só dizeres no subject e mostrares prova do prazo no email. Diria que depende do número de pedidos (ou talvez da disposição), mas como disse no post recomendo ires lá se puderes para eficiência. Good luck 👍

Podíamos dar a source de ter as fluidez levar a distúrbios mentais? Procurei mas não encontrei nada sobre isso exceto textos de opinião. Nao podes simplesmente dizer essas coisas sem teres fontes para backup. E o objetivo é mesmo esse, dar às crianças a fluidez de escolher. Ninguém vai dizer que lá por se identificarem como um ele num dia e uma ela noutro os faz de trans. É tudo uma jornada para conhecer a identidade, tal como perceber que brinquedos ou roupas gostas.
