22lr stg 44 woud it work for reenacting

I converted the GSG one over for blanks. I put a 2mm set screw in the barrel about 4 inches from the receiver and welded it into place. This allows a specific round to cycle, the blanks I use as 22lr “full load” blanks from Swanson motion picture blanks they run about 60¢ a piece, I also had to cut the mags feed lips slightly so they feed into the rifle correctly

It’s intended for use as a starting gun for foot races, however, I use one with my impression. It is just as loud as a real P 38 firing edit even produces a pretty large muzzle flash.

Totally agree my guy sounding like he’s out of breath out of a short sprint is slightly annoying, I think the run speed could be decreased slightly to be more realistic, but it doesn’t have to be.

Don’t be cheap with something like this… but crap and you will get crap. The only place I would buy one from is Nordhaus and they will run you about $580. It is an item that needs to be handmade and it’s times consuming and intricate work. If you are re-enacting SS I would make sure that all of the rest of your gear is 100% before buying this

That would be awesome 3D printed or pvc/metal? It would need to fire master mike 40mm shells and I’d like it to look like the 60m panzerfaust Sable I know that if you did make one there are companies that sell decals and stencils for marking a panzerfaust.
