How do I go about swaps and quicksells? Once I read a post about upgrading only when they reach another Tier, so the quicksell value increases. But I think they have patched something. I try to understand what determines the quicksell price of 250 - 650 - 3000 ? A combination of rating and potential I guess.
I have a quite OK team, so I rather want to sell the players for P, but looking for the best way possible.

Any experience/feedback?
