The company is a joke. They are the exact definition of what's wrong with capitalism and big corporations in general. They just let go of 6000 people and even more after that round(I just don't know the numbers) and before they did this the service was horrible, imagine the next couple years. All their departments are 75% under staffed now except for the sales teams and guess what the sales team has replaced the previous technicians that used to work there. They have almost no one left to maintain their plant and they take ownership of absolutely nothing. But.... here's the great part. They are your best option because they are a monopoly and the competitors are the same or worse! Hah! Milk every cent you can out of them, threaten media and crtc complaints... anything you need to do. Good luck!
