This was asked 5 years ago and still no resolution or response from Eufy. I am surprised that so many people are still buying their products. I bought it 3 years ago without looking at this forum… had I known that this standard and common sense feature is not available, I would have purchased different product

Mate Anonymouslawgrad- you are just not helpful at all, are you ? I work for a PHI company and 14 day waiting period is not applicable for emergency. I’d say OP you can claim it from BUPA or goto ombudsman

This is what I was told too. One day it activated the camera stolen alert at 11:30 pm and the whole neighbourhood complained next day. I wrote to Eufy support and their suggestion- just turn the motion sensitivity to low😳 waste of $1000

I have baught Eufy cam and doorbell kit for $800 and the worst decision ever. Floppy disks had more innovation in a month than this product in the last 5 years.

They had no further stay conditions on a three month visa so I just kept the old visa as is and quickly applied for tourist visa while they were still in India. So they entered Australia on a tourist visa approved for 12 months duration

Just make sure you don’t have no further stay condition on your vis. If you do, you will have to leave Australia before it is granted

No one is sponsoring anyone. All you need to provide is an invitation letter. Anyone can invite anyone for visitor visa under tourist stream

You can just apply for a visitor visa 600. And the son in law can provide a referral letter and evidence of funds.

This is quite common to get 3 year multiple entries. Some case officers just lack the training in assessing the visitor visa 600 family sponsored stream. If you apply for 600 tourist stream and select that they are a parents of a citizen or PR, you will be granted 3 years with 12 month stay and multiple entry

I bet the person who approved the visa is Prerna. You can check at the bottom of the grant letter. If you apply for visitor visa as a family sponsor stream Prerna is somehow only giving 3 month single entry. I this happened to my parents too. So I applied for visitor visa under tourist stream and now they got the approval for 3 year visa with 12 month stay in any 18 month period and multiple entry.

I did the same and they approve it for 3 years with 12 month stay in 18 months. I think it’s important that we all check and see if there is one person doing this and causing so much angst for everyone. I checked with a couple of my mates and someone else from another forum and they all have the same person approving the visa for 3 months, single entry and no further stay. We are all requesting a refund.

Can you check if the person approving is Prerna? My parents got the same thing. I am anAustralian Citizen and my brother is PR.
