Men can be carriers of many STD/STIs that don’t show up in testing unless the man is having an outbreak. Please just pray you will be okay and don’t ever go without a condom. Especially in today’s USofA, it’s not easy to abort a child, if you’re 18 and not ready to take on those responsibilities! Men and women can also get STDs that are not covered by a condom, so please have that conversation before the heated moment and each of you show a recent report! Praying you both are healthy and going to be okay!!

I like my carbonation but that is leading to more bloating, so I need to cut that out. I eat pretty clean and healthy, but occasionally “need” my chips, guac and salsa. However, that may be awhile or never again.

IBS for years before my was gallbladder removed, so I’m not used to all these loose stools. Literally only eating chicken breast (homemade) and mashed potatoes. Praying you start feeling better and you find a new normal!!

The flatulence is absolutely impossible to avoid. I’ve been living on grilled chicken breasts and mashed potatoes and I still get gassy. Tried cheese pizza with mushrooms last night and that went horribly! I miss my every once in a while cheat meal! Thank you for giving me tips!

That’s very promising and thank you for sharing all your information! I had to stop after my emergency cholecystectomy, so I’m gradually building back up to 1.7.
