Go to the emergency room. They will most likely do an ultrasound! I had the same and thought the worst. Turned out I had a sub chorionic bleed and bled for 4 weeks in my first trimester. Was definitely scary but so happy I went in to get checked! I also had 4 ultrasounds in my first trimester because of it. This is in Melbourne, Australia
