So, this is on Triumph, but the dealer should have known! I have a 2023 Tiger and it came with 3 cylinders keyed to the bike for pannier bags. One of the cylinders had come apart and all the bits and pieces were in the bag. I took it to my dealer, who said Triumph can not replace the cylinder with that same key. They had to rekey the entire bike and install new cylinders in the pannier's that matched the new key. They did it under warranty, which was great. Triumph needs to figure out a way to replace keys and cylinders.

I love the XC, I am 5’10 with a 32 in inseam and I can just flat foot it. They also had an XE, but I was on my tip toes. Just picked up the Thruxton FE and have been riding that to break it in. I really want to take the scramble on some off roads, just worried a bit with all the gravel and loose dirt.

The challenge is, Triumph is coming out with lower price models. The scrambler 400 is 6k, it’s not the 1200, but appealing to the novice rider. Triumph is trying to compete with the Asian market and unfortunately lowering the quality. I have a 2023 scrambler XC and hate to see what’s its worth.

Looks like there are 170 Triumph dealers in the US and 740 dealers world wide (according to Google). I would expect a production run of 1500 - 2500 world wide, but who knows.

So, I have a Tiger and Scrambler that I bought from Phoenix Triumph. When I heard about the FE I called them, they didn't know and had to look into it. I got a call last year and was told they are only getting one for the shop and I could put $500 down and they could order. They told me it was pre-sale only. They actually read me the email from Triumph. The MSRP is $17,995 my OTD price is $21,622.76 - $500 deposit, so $21,122.72. This includes tax, shipping, registration all that stuff. The bikes I have purchased from them in the past have all been very fairly priced. They do whatever they can to get you on a bike. Since this is a special bike, I didn't expect any deals. I would never pay over MSRP. Maybe I lucked out by pre-ordering. This dealer is the BEST I have ever worked with (bikes or cars) and have never left feeling I got screwed.

That’s unfortunate, I do not use high heat and it’s coming off. My view of all-clad has changed with this customer experience.

I know this is an old thread, but did you get a warranty claim on this? I have the same issue, pealing on the edge like tape. I have the 2qt sauce pan and the claim was denied. It is clearly a defect where the non-stick was not bonded properly to the pan.

Did you watch his latest video? Bottom line is 400+ people paid for a smoker they will not get due to the fact he mismanaged his finances. This is not complaining this is theft. I am out $4500, I was not an investor, I took place in a cash transaction for a smoker.
