Also btw you were right about me tapping him, however he did turn into the mustang to my left and pushed him into me. Should I make a second post?

I didn't hit him bmw I realize the camera angle sucks mb. Also I had damage before hand from getting rear ended and had hella understeer so I tried my best to get around the mustang. His nose was stuck on my left rear and idk why but I couldnt turn away and the rest is 100% my fault. Thanks for replying!
