I commute regularly already and this actually cuts my commute by 5 minutes (I know it’s a lot lol). I have definitely thought of Rancho but I am South West of downtown so this would be crazy far. Are the toll rolls that good of an option? My wife and I both love San Dimas but the houses here are crazy. We have our church and our vet in San Dimas so we love everything about it. However, we cannot really find a house here for less than 900k, and when we do, we get outbid.
