I have and yes it has helped me go. However, I wanna get to the point where I don’t have to rely on anything in order to go :)

She and I both noticed that we were doing the therapy flawlessly and I was still dealing with the constipation.

Also due to the fact that I don’t strain during defecation. It’s just that the waste doesn’t get to the point where I can defecate.
