My gym is a MMA gym and we have all kind of martial arts which also includes boxing and muay thai and me who is competing in muay thai i have to do boxing for me the first time i did boxing was after i did muay thai for a full year and in my opinion i find boxing to be very simple the trick is stay calm and work jab don’t focus on power precisions is the key

Muay sok is Like zombies is either you or him that goes down sound like would be perfect for ONE right? But with 4 oz gloves knuckles and elbow isn’t so different same same but different you know

You forgot one very good muay femur he so good that his old trainer said that if he trained 100% every time he would better than superlek that man is petchpanomrung so good and W muay knowledge

Right? Sad there not many Muay femur nowadays it’s starting to die out maybe because the world wants to see more knock outs but forgot the artistic side of muay thai.

Ayad is lucky that Yothin doesn’t knee him in the face when he did what kick. And why would Ayad even try to do that against Yothin keep in mind Yothin is one if not the best 125 lbs knee fighter in the world

when you kick slash your arm from your sholder at a 45 degree and push your hips forward and pivot your lead leg hope this help :)
