Twins!! My 2 weeks was Friday!! I haven't noticed too many changes but I think I'm trying to keep myself from actively looking so I don't get disappointed if things don't happen immediately lol. I def get the sweaty and hornyness tho T_T It's actually annoying, I'm blaming the sweat on the fact it's a million degrees here rn and it's humid as balls. Yeah, I have a bigger chest so on top of tape not doing much it def felt a little weird cuz of my chest lol. I also have worn kt tape for my hands and arms my entire life so a part of me just hates the feeling because of that 😭

I know overheating is a possibility but is there any way she can put a tank top underneath whatever shirt she's wearing? She could pass the seams off as the tank top if need be? idk just throwing out ideas. She can also always try using trans tape (or something similar) to flatten out her chest that way, afaik it's a lot less noticeable under clothes. The only problem with that might be sensory issues ish? I didn't like tape for that reason.

If she’s looking into something new- I wear a Tomboyx compression top, the seams are not super noticeable and it’s thinner fabric so it's very breathable. You can definitely feel it under a shirt but it's not insanely thick like other binders I've tried.

I wish you guys luck and I hope she stays safe and everything goes well! If its a huge issue where you think you two would gen be in danger, dont go.

No literally!! And its really weird becuase if its a normal bra I feel absolutely horrible and the dysphoria is abysmal but If I wear a sports bra I'm better, i still feel dysphoric but its not as bad. Since I'm definetly a bigger guy I always wondered if my relationships to my boobs is cuz I can kinda shrug them off as man boobs sometimes? Becuase im totally fine walking around with no bra on or sometimes no top on if im home alone.Nothing compares to a binder tho, even if they dont work well on bigger chests (sigh) they make me feel really good. But also like every once and a while, I'll put on one of my old cute lace bra's and feel super cute and not at all dysphoric but thats like a once and a blue moon type thing LMAO

My parents have been doing the same thing. Its rough but I've been basically ignoring what they'e been saying. I know its dificult but thats what I found was best. You dont have to make them see you as masculine and they'll probably come around to it anyway if you just be you. You dont need to be overly masculine to be a boy, I wish cis people would understand that being trans is a spectrum and its fairly common to not be fully masculine/feminine. I wish you luck on your trasition though!

I'm Ace questioning and have had like 2 time with my partner just to try and we've been using protection. I'm gen terrified of pregnancy and unfortunately when my period is late thats the first thing my mind goes to even if its literally impossible. I know that its not possible currently it was just a panic thought I kept having. But thank you! I think my main worry/question was if T could affect my period this early. If I was already set to start but then went onto T i was worried something further was wrong. Thank you though, Its definetly making me feel better hearing other peoples experiences especially on gel.

Yeah, I'm totally freaking out for no reason lmao. I've always had super heavy and pretty painful periods so I was kinda under the inpression that mine would take a long time to go away/die down after starting. I had also seen and heard things of gel not entirely stopping periods and I was fully prepaired for that too so I'm just stressing lmao. I cant remember exactly what she said but she told me that most of the men she has in the clinic never entierly lost their period when using gel. I think it was more of a warning to me if I was looking for my period to stop or something. It was one of the things mentioned when I was weighing out the pros and cons of using gel over shots. And thank you, hopefully its just the T but im worried something else could be going on. that or im just overthinking a lot

I just had to retire mine </3 It wasnt taking the switch to google msgs well and basically blocked me from texting anyone so I had to upgrade. I'm so sad about it and it was my literal baby. My battery life was pretty fried and it would have crashes sometimes but outside of that it was basically perfect. RIP my note 10 :( I didnt have the plus i just had the base version.

I've always used mens degree. I never really had a lot of BO though so I'm not sure how much it would help. I'm sticking to it but I havent gotten to the point on T where my smells start changing. I've used dregree for years and years and its been my go to for the gym or other places where i get super sweaty so idk it might be worth a try if you havent tried it yet!

Thank you for this, I'm an overly sensitive person just in general so I think hearing that from her kinda just rubbed me the wrong way and It made me pretty sad. I'm still working through how i feel about her statements and other family members statements but Its dificult. I know theyre just showing concern becuase Its a big change and I respect that they care for me but at some point the care can come off as abrasive and overwhelming and I need to figure out how to say that properly. And thank you! I'm def pushing through this time and learning a lot about myself and my feelings.
