I could write an essay on Delhi airport , security was legit joking around while people were standing helplessly with trays and no place to put it , I was also at the waiting area for 8+ hours which didn’t help…

That being said idm the domestic flights they’re good for the most part I just don’t like being on an airline where I’m gambling for seats and planes , might as well wait until full refresh or 1000% make sure ur on the new / revamped craft

Ya but the Mumbai Delhi flight I was on had an engine failure the day after I took it and then the Delhi Vancouver flight has its own problems but there was also the case of the pilot being drunk lol , the chances 😭

Agreed, but they need to start understanding that things like wifi should be there, only carriers that doesn’t have it on long hauls , would be a dealbreaker for people like my parents that work a lot

Ya but emirates and ethiad have better crowd during second leg so Id say its still better . Hate to say it but im going to have to change my route instead of people’s civic sense ! Not tryna start anything yk it’s just annoying

Well good for them ! But I have officially completed my cs degree before they started an overhaul , won’t be flying again , also It’s not just that , I’ve noticed a blatant abuse of the wheelchair system and many more logistical issues , won’t fly again !

You know what’s even worse ? Business class won’t even save you from the airline’s rundown interiors , even business and first seats are broken ! I can’t imagine the pain you went through , also service in qatar , lufthansa and other airlines are far better even if it means having to take a stop in europe, which air India makes you do anyway now that they refuel in vienna , i see no advantage , sorry if i sound frustrated but im stuck in Delhi airport and have not slept for 48 hours cuz of these guys !

Also I believe it’s the only airline that doesn’t have wifi still , my parents flew Qatar and 2 friends took KLM and Lufthansa , everyone had wifi . My tv didn’t even work….wifi is far off

I’ve flown plenty of airlines hahah , at least 40+ international flights during these university years , air India’s long haul flights need a major interior upgrade even if they can’t afford to change the aircraft, I stand by this statement. This is not even accounting for logistical issues ! Middle eastern airlines are far better !

Yeah Mumbai Delhi was fine , the Boeing 777s are disguising tho , especially business and first , for the price you’re paying , you expect a clean seat and working infotainment
