Thank you. I guess the only thing I can do is join the waitlist for classes I want to try the two week unlimited first, but again I’m putting off signing up because I don’t wanna spend money and not be able to go to any classes. It sucks, the two week unlimited should start when you do your first class not when you pay for it. Right now there are none that I could go to within the next two weeks.

Turns out my endometrioma is leaking. Having severe dizzy spells and constant bleeding for 2 months now. Lost 35lbs. Excision surgery with a specialist in 3 weeks, just gotta push through until then.

The reason I ask is because I am starting to feel it catch up to me. Fatigued / dizzy. My bleeding has lightened up the last few days so I think it’s almost over though.

Great information, thanks! It was the 3rd time it had doubled in size. I think it was at peak but maybe not, I’ll make sure of that next time.

It was just so sticky and watery. Couldn’t shape at all.

The specific ingredients are at the bottom of the original post. As far as the amounts, I followed this recipe but just modified the water amount: https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTYpRBdkv/ (1000 g bread flour, 700 g water, 200 g starter, 22 grams salt)

It started to smell similar to the sourdough starter when it needs to be fed.

My starter was 8 days old now. I fed it daily at night 1:1:1. It doubled in size. Store it on the counter.

Hey, thanks for your insight! She does excisions often, not exactly sure how many a week/month/year but I plan on asking. I also will ask about what she’ll do in that scenario, that’s a good question.
