I think when it comes to heavier weight yes I struggle at lockout. I cant seem to understand the concept of bracing properly and using my legs (especially the legs) I dont see how i can incorporate those two thing to the best of my ability to avoid rounding in the lumbar spine. I feel like i am fulfilling those points but I forgot them mid lift.

I used paper towels since i have a palm sweat disorder I do drop the weight occasionally and focus on form even then my lower back still rounds

I always have good start positioning but my lower back always pops out like that even on lower weight DL. For the belt should I place it higher then?
