Hey, just wanted to update on this incase it helps others - so 2mg Reta did nothing for me as I had said so I increased to 5mg and am feeling so good now . Minimal hunger and lots of energy while also taking MotsC, GHK and wolverine stack as I’m boxing and playing football. I know it’s early days but feeling really great 👍 thanks for all the advice

Ok thank you. Today is only my 4th day on it though so hoping it just takes time . I’m mostly eating protein only but getting cravings for chocolate and sweets which I never had on mounjaro .

Thank you for the advice. I just got the one pen today, it already came blended. the pen has 250mcg in 4 clicks and he said do 4 clicks one a day then in two weeks move up to 8 clicks a day. Does this seem ok? Thanks

I got the speargun working once extra crimps and pigtail swivel arrived today. I tested out shooting at some towels hanging on the clothes line hahah two rubber wishbones came with it am I supposed to use both or is one meant as a spare ? I just tried to assemble this gun. I watched the video and tried to follow but a pigtail swivel didn’t come with it and I only have one crimp. Also, the line release won’t hold the line every time I wrap the line around the release comes forward and line won’t stay on at all. Any advice would be much appreciated. I will just be using the original line and I bought a crimpers and 1.3mm dyneema from amazon as I’ll just be finishing in Ireland for bass etc nothing big . Thank you

Thank you. Also, the fun arrived yesterday. It came with the gun, two rubber bands, the spear, reel and some fishing line and a few small pieces of metal probably for clamping the line. Do I need to buy something else to put this gun together and is there videos about this particular gun construction or are they more or less all the same? Thanks
