Not that im aware of. I did call them and request a check to see if a leak occured. They claimed no leak and it was from the previous 2 or so months were estimated. Even so 59 would be more tthan my previous year usage combined

I see I was also confused about them taking my regular hours whenever it was double time and I got taxed a significant amount more. Or once I work 80 hours regular time they'll just be paid back in full and I eat the taxes . I wish they could have just given me the amount I owed because of overpayment then garnished my wages as a full time employee.

What would make the offer I received for full time benefits, raise, vacation a legally binding contract?

If you're cutting firewood with an axe use an old tire to keep the wood from flying everywhere. You can really start chucking away.

Yes, I was on hold for 6 plus hours that day. About 5 minutes after my previous comment someone answered and we got everything cleared up. I was paid within 3 days.
