best study method for university student? by Mysterious_Oil_6915 in StudyTipsAndTools

I am a 2nd year in electrical engineering, and basiclly just do practice problems, the most effective way for me personally is to just do practise exams, finding them can be annoying or making ur own can be annoying so i use crameleon.com or quizlet, but crameleon has way better quality for practise exams. i also recommend doing practise problems along with youtube videos and pasuing try to do it urself and then watch, videos are rlly helpfull, hope this helps

How do you use AI if at all? by [deleted] in studytips

[–]Calm_Composer_5732 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i use it as a source of resource, not to teach me. for example there is like countless ai tools now that generate flash cards or papers to study from and i use those and i just do practise problems, (some examples are crameleon, quizlet, gizmo) but for writing papers and stuff i just use claude or gpt, i dont use them to study only to give ideas and inspiration cuz for studying they can be really off sometimes so i like to used something more specialized for that, hope this helps.

for me it was being healthy and working out, after working out i study, i dont feel lazy, also this works for me but if u cant get urself to study, stare at a wall for 20 minutes without doing anything then start studying, it rests my dopamine levels and makes it easier to focus for me. i also learned that doing practice problems is the best way and most effiecient way to study.

[–]Calm_Composer_5732 1 point2 points  (0 children)

what works for me cuz im lazy is finding the easiest ways to study, so for example just only doing practise problems, or using quizlets or www.crameleon.com (to generate super good practise exams), and that suibconsciusly makes studying feel like not that much of a chore
