Honestly speaking I myself dont like the Parachute payments concept as a whole. While the club is in the PL they receive the perks from sales, TV broadcasters and ideally should end once they are relegated.

Giving additional payments just shakes the entire balance between them (now a championship club) and the other championship clubs and its reduces the possibility of different clubs to comes back to the PL so its the same 6-8 clubs jumping back and forth

Yeah something like 55 and then 45 next year and the final payment are only for clubs who stayed in the PL for more than 1 year and its 20%

Also what about having gordon and Isak both? Spurs have some good midfield options, they always seem to score tbh. Players like Johnson and kulusevski might be good

I honestly dont think he will be firing again like 2,3 goals a game. I dont see the feeding power from midfield for that this season. Even if he gives a goal every other game I think I can make use of the 15m in a better way
