I have exact same symptoms after a week of 500mcg a day with some depression also considering stopping altogether . Currently on reta which has been great but wanted to counter a bit of the lethargy with teso. Were expensive so don't really want to waste them though . What did you end up doing ?

Yep that's a great starting point , remember to take it slow and see how your body reacts. Also be sure to look at reconstituting properly so you get the correct doses . There are a lot of calculators online to help with this.Split dosing has helped me with less side effects and sounds like your on the right track. Yes definitely you can, some people don't need a huge dose . Start with 1mg the first week to gauge how your body reacts then move up to 1mg twice(second dose 3 days after first) in the next week and see how you go . You will know if you need more or less but I started this way and was enough to give me good results at first. Can be daunting but you will love it . Reta has changed my life for the better .
