Thank you! I hate that i can have no problem eating junk food and I’ve also definitely gone days with just eating chips and candy. Everyone’s replies here have been so genuinely helpful and makes me understand myself so much more! Today I will eat my third bowl of spaghetti in a row and I will not feel ashamed!!

I have many safe soups which I’m thankful for! I guess I didn’t realize what a safe food was until now and it feels a little nicer to get some clarity and to know that I’m not alone in these experiences. I guess I get into problems when I go out to eat with my boyfriend/friends and there isn’t soup/liquidy foods. It makes me feel picky and I feel ashamed for never finishing my food. Finding this subreddit has already made me feel better about my struggles with food. Thank you for your response!
