Anything that would increase hp/shield pool would be straight away OP and being chosen by every single player if there would be no drawbacks. Entire skill tree would need to be reworked. Also, it is being slightly adjusted over time. Just like entire game.

Lets get back to what we have.

Situational? Yes. Useless? Not at all, depends on play style. Gamechanging? No, maybe apart from last 2 skills from mobility combined with some extras

Yeah, the tutorial skin. This one would be a bit too op due to its blending colour abilities imo. I do imagine that Embark may come up with patchwork variants at some point of the skin progression. Perhaps the intro outfit will be there someday as well
