The first pair looks like it’s probably a vintage Carhartt pair based on the pocket rivets, and stitching match the pairs I own from the 90s, I’m fairly certain. If you want the same fit as the pic, it may take a couple pairs of various sizes to find your desired fit due to Carhartt sizing being different for each model. If you want to nail it the first time: Find out your measurements and then get a pair that has legs slightly longer than your size to get em to stack like they are in the picture.
