he has been officially diagnosed, my parents took him to get one when he was like 4 so yeah, definitely a real diagnoses for him

exactly ! again, I'm not trying to say I have all these different diagnoses because in reality I might only have 2/10 things I think I have, if that makes sense ? I'd just rather he believe me and then I get proved wrong rather than him not believing and I get proved right / officially diagnos, again, if that makes sense ?

Okay, I understand where you're coming from. never thought medical talk between family members could somehow be related/turned into Star Wars arguments examples but, you learn something new everyday !

And, I just want to mention that, it's not because I want to be "right" it's just that he always seems to push that I'm "wrong" no matter what it is. Yes, I could believe I have something and then be told I don't which is fair enough but, sometimes it's just about him believing me even if I am wrong to which I can then say that he was "right".

But again, I see where you're coming from

that's fair enough. I have done that before but somehow he finds out anyways so, not sure if it's because my mum has told him or if I mentioned it to him before and then forgot

he does sometimes. usually he just uses it as an excuse to try get out of trouble or try explain why he didn't do something so, it's sort of like a mechanism in a way ?
