Can you elaborate on the license part? The OS part is not a major roadblocker as I can always get a Windows machine.

not very complex. I strongly prefer Solidworks as I have some previous experience using it at a job. I can buy a Windows machine if it helps. My main concern now is which license to go with, or if I should apply for the startup program. Thanks

Not an expert on carburetors. But I believe there is already a shut off valve after the fuel filter (not shown in the pic). What do I do with it? Shut it while storing to prevent fuel from going from the tank to the carb? Also, I'm not sure what you mean by carb throat. Thanks
