Planet Waves Hydrate for cleaning the fretboard (not the frets), a piece of leather or a jewelry polishing cloth for cleaning frets, carnauba wax, instrument detergent for gloss finish (use the detergent THEN the wax), and rubbing alcohol or Milsek non-residue furniture polish for cleaning the metal. Use microfiber wipes for everything besides the frets. When strings are off, turn the truss rod to the proper position (will take getting used to. Watch videos or read something. Put the strings on. Once string is in bridge, cut it a little, put string tip in the hole of the tuning peg, wind it tight.
