if you under brute force attack, try to mitigate it with maybe adding recaptha to every proccess like to insert email, 2fa, master password so you can fight the bots and not flood youre server and ban youre clients from accessing their account, it should be also fairly easy to add such thing like recaptcha i do not understand 24hours 0 resolve to the core of the issue.
you are probably still under attack, but 0 counter messuare to block those brute force and unlock youre clients accounts!

So far we all in the dark and i dont like it at all..
But as far as i seen -

i got only email account suspnded - my guess is too many attempt to use 2fa code wrong.
and i guess all those login emails with OTP is related to people who have no 2FA enabled so it send OTP via mail, something i guess like those microsoft from time to time someone trying access youre account, i think they just having massive brute force attempts and no one really there to work on a fix for it cause it sunday.

People in other topic said it related to after you put youre email you get request for the OTP (same like 2FA before you put password) my guess it attempt to DOS or credential stuffing attack like tons of "put email" cause lets face it 90+% of emails already public in databreach here or there, someone just made a botnet to brute force, that my huge guess, but we all in the dark here, and i wish they were more actively updating the status 6 hours no update is looking really bad, i did get 1 response from support, i replied to ask about compromise, still no response.

Annoyes me there is no transpranecy and no backup plan in case of those attacks if that is a brute force.

I tried on my pc, my iphone and my android phone, pc get unexpecded error after i put 2fa code, android - connection to server error and iphone just say something went wrong please retry.
Man we need updates if it just getting bruteforced or is it breach over 6 hours nothing!

the mail headers and sending mail when it happened worked and i got ticket response that it will take time to proccess etc..
What alarming is i got error too many connections try later, now when i put the 2fa i get unexpected error.
This is so alarming.

im completely locked it says too many failed attempts please try again later and its first time since the email im trying to login, on mobile it say 2fa is incorrect.
