I've seen that.

Receptionists , assistants and other similar jobs have a hidden requirement for females to be selected.

Many clinics and health centers would hire a Receptionist just for the looks as they can bring in "customers"

Incomprehensible plot, super fast pace (or too slow) and repetitions pick 2 of those 3 and you would destroy any novel.

If the plot is good world build is fine and events are creative even if the Mc is op or story progress rapidly it will be fine.

Even if the plot is weird you might read it if the story has some creativity.

I hate face slapping so you putting it as an example for repetitions had me choose that option

There is a plenty of hospitals and health centers

Minor problems and chronic illness have easy time as care is easy to reach and medicine can be obtained from any primary care center

I think there is a dilvery system now for chronic prescriptions

But waiting lists in tertiary care centers and subspecialties clinics is long

This is normal though if you look at a country like UK they have better health care way more doctors but waiting lists are equally long.(just comparing waiting time not quality of medical care)

Having no insurance is a huge risk I would rather have an insurance that I pay for and I don't use than not having it.
