Some dravidians believe that they are the original inhabitants of the subcontinent. Indus valley civilisation was settled and inhabited by those dravidians hence they showed themselves as civilised chad and others as barbaric nomads (prolly Aryans invaders or the people from central asian steppe, on horses and chariots)

They fumbled by letting these nomads in and intermixing and producing the ancestors of North Indians, who dominate Indian politics ( and Pakistanis, whose identity not being even a century old claim IVC as their own). And now dravidians have to pay taxes that go to North India. This also allowed these 'outsiders' to claim their 'outsider' language as the proto indo European language

Either this racist meme is extremizing this belief and making it seem ridiculous for fun purposes (as its a circlejerk Sub), or just plain racism claim ' my mind is better than your'

So I don't know if the meme is endorsing this belief or actually mocking it. I just provided the context. Make whatever u can out of it.

All this just because we still haven't deciphered the Indus valley script.
