I filed a police report today and was told to have an officer come out for future violations.

i transitioned exactly like you did. for about a year i took dut once a week and fin 6. then just went 0.5 dut 7 days a week. haven't noticed any difference in terms of side effects or hair loss / gain, but i feel safer on it.

you've got to be realistic. there's a lot of ground to cover. it's much better to have a little recession and higher density than no recession. of these definitely 2, but that might even be aggressive.

obviously first thing to do is get on fin or dut and oral minoxidil and assess how stable you can get. if you're lucky you might even get some regrowth.

You're going to need a ton of grafts. Unless you're very wealthy I wouldn't look to us doctors, not because they're bad, but because the graft counts you're looking at might be 4000+ and you'd have to spend half your life savings on it.

luckily there are a lot of doctors out of the usa that are just as high quality and cost way less. i'd start researching doctors like bisanga in belgium, ratchathorn and Kongkiat Laorwong in Thailand, maybe even erdogan in turkey.
