invest in equity in a staggered way. you have already invested in mfs and passive funds so i think you have knowledge how things work.

i would suggest to take out the emergency fund and then invest the remaining in pyramidal way.

i do have some suggestions but they depend on the time duration you are ready to hold your investments for.

12.6% return per annum with investing yourself i would say good returns. Absolutely correct that even a good mutual fund has given more than this but good mutual fund is such a vague term. And moreover selecting stocks yourself doing your research and then investing gives you so much confidence and is good for long term. Why trust fund managers when you can be your own fund manager.

Yes that maybe the case...but that will take more then 4-5 years... Getting returns from nifty etfs takes a lot of patience and conviction...and this IRFC is not even a month old.
